Presentation of the new Ph.D. program in Data Science
The increasing interest on data science from both the academic and industrial worlds led to the creation of a brand new Ph.D. Program on Data Science, jointly organized by University of Pisa (SoBigData Consortium), Scuola Normale Superiore (SoBigData Consortium), Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies Pisa, IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca (SoBigData Consortium), CNR (SoBigData Consortium) and the support of SoBigData.
The Call for Applications has been published in italian and english and the deadline is August 31st 2017.
Many interested students, researchers and professors attended the presentation of the new program, filling the beautiful Sala Stemmi of the Scuola Normale Superiore. The new Ph.D. program in Data Science has been described by:
