The D4R data challenge is an initiative of TurkTelekom together with Boğaziçi University and TÜBİTAK, to use CDR data to improve various aspects related to Syrian refugees in Turkey: education, healthcare, safety and security, labour, social integration. SoBigData participated in the challenge, in collaboration with Clermont Auvergne University, Paris School of Economics, The World Bank and Georgetown University. The results were presented in January at the D4R workshop.
